Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction While On Sildenafil
Question: Hello Sir,
My age is 28, Height is 5.11 inches & weight is 88 Kg.
I m facing a problem with my penis erection. My penis erection is normal in foreplay time period but as i put off my clothes and I want to insert my penis into vagina it gets flaccid. This problem i have been faced from last 1 year from the time of marriage. Before 2 year, I have never faced this type of problem with my 2 girlfriends.
I was consulted with doctor before 1 years and he suggested me to take sildenafil 50 mg. After taking said medicine, my penis erection got normal and I made successful relation for 4-5 days. After 4-5 days, I need to take other dose.
I consumed alcohol 4-5 times per week but never consumed cigarette or any other drugs. I dnt have any difficulty in urinating & no physical illness. I have erection in morning time.
Please help me to treat this problem permanently.

Erectile dysfunction in an otherwise young adult usually has no major organic cause, and often responds dramatically well to drugs belonging to a group of drugs called 'PDE5 Inhibitors' (sildenafil), most noted of which is 'Viagra' or 'Manforce'.
However, I would require some more information before giving further advice.
Kindly give a few more basic details,
1) Regarding your libido means intention towards intercourse.
2) Do you have any nocturnal penile erections when you sleep?
3) Can quantify the degree of dysfunction on a scale of 1-10, it would be useful to assess response at a later date.
4) How is married life?Any personal problem?
5) How did problem started? Any specific incidence was there?
6) Do you pay more attention to erection while trying for intercourse?
7) How is relationship with your partner? Any emotional or social problem is there?
