Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction While On On Finax

as i am having Finax and prodep and you said both wll cause erectile dysfunction which tablet will you think better for me as am sexual active. I experienced this side effects from 2 days...
Change of prodep to bupropion or add Tadalafil
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.
As we have disussed in the past sexual side effects with prodep are reversible. I mean to say that once you stop the side effects disappear. So discontinuing prodep is one option and to start a new medicine which do not cause such side effects. In such scenraios I prefer Bupropion as it lacks sexual side effects and helps in depression and related problems.
In addition to stopping and changing another option is to start low dose of Tadalafil (5mg) before sexual intercourse along with prodep and Finax. This option is appropriate in the case when you had good effects with prodep and want to continue prodep,
To conclude you can start sexual side effects neutral medicine instead of prodep or start a new medicine which reverses the already existing side effects.
I hop this helps you.
If you have more questions feel free to write back to me.
Thanks and regards

Thank u Dr....
No 20 is not a dose
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.
There are no 20 mg tablets for Bupropion as it is different from prodep.
Actually the effective dose of bupropion is 150 to 450 mg. It should be started at 150 mg in the morning and can be increased to 300 mg after three days. To make it simple on fourth day it need to be taken twice a day.
300 mg is effective in majority of persons and can be used as final dose for treatment of depression.
Since it is a prescription drug you are requested to discuss with your psychiatrist before taking it.
I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards

I mean I shld hav evrydy 2 times or I can hav at once...?
No one time is not appropriate
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.
Once a time does not cover full day and not sufficient to keep depression under control. In addition more than 150 mg dose at a time is associated with more side effects than divided dosage of 300 mg taken at two times.
I hope this clears the doubt.
Thanks and regards
