Brief Answer:
Sperm and motion pathway are different.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome to the forum.

The path of sperms is different from that of motion.
They never communicate and hence what you see most probably is called mucus that is normally present in rectum for lubrication.
If persistent, you need to get examined to check the reason for excess mucus production in the rectum ( so it is not sperms).

Erectile dysfunction is defined by inability to initiate and sustain erection for a satisfactory sexual intercourse. If you feel the definition fits you, you may write back, as i need to go into more details.

Hope it is clear.
Sincerely,
