Question: Hi doc
My penis remains soft and small while trying sex becoz of which we are unable to hv sex

Please advise me

My age is 27 years I am married now for 1 year

Please help as I am getting under pressure for the same reason

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of Erectile Dysfunction.

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you get morning erection?
2) Do you get erection when you masturbate ?
3) Do you have any major illness like Diabetes,hypertension etc.
4)Do you have nay stress factor at your work place or at home ?
5) Are your in good relationship with your wife.?..

In absence of any major health issue cause of Ed s mind related and due to what is called as performance anxiety.Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
