Question: I'm a 19 year old boy, I drink and have been smoking for the past 3 years. And I have a trouble attaining an erection and keeping one, my erection lasts for 15-30 seconds if left alone. I think I might have ED. And I have no anxiety issues

Erectile dysfunction means one is unable to sustain hardening .
But it can be cured.
Smoking itself a cause of ED, so better to quite it. some times stress and lack of sleep can also result in ED.
Avoid hot water bath for a week.
