Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Question: Hi,

I am having problems with penis erection since one week. I am having regular sex for almost 6 months (4-5 times a week). I used to have erection issues very rarely in the last 6 months. However, since one week I am unable to get proper erection.

Nothing has changed since a week in my lifestyle.
I am not under any medication.
I am not under stress or depression.
I love my partner.

I have been working out in gym from a month. I am sure working out is not a cause for my problem.

I have started taking whey proteins since 2 weeks. I am not sure if this is the reason. However, I have stopped it for past 3 days but still I fail to get an erection.

Is this problem normal and does it occur occassionally. I am worried. Kindly reply.

Most men will have difficulty with erection at some time in their sexual experience. This is very normal and affects up to 10% of all men at any one time.

In absence of any major health issue or stress factors the cause of secondary ED is mind related and due to what is called as performance anxiety.

Do not worry and try to allay your anxiety.Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good erection and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
