Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Question: I would appreciate knowing what erectile dysfunction (ED) medications may be safe and effective for me. If one or more are considered safe and are effective for treating ED in patients with similar histories as mine I want to receive a treatment plan to deal with this problem (prescription and management of the plan by a licensed physician.) Having whatever medication supplied pursuant to such a plan by an affiliated pharmacy may be acceptable to me depending on the cost and specifics of delivery or providing the prescription to a local pharmacy (frankly preferable to me of the two choices) for me to have it filled is acceptable too. If you have any form where I can provide the pertinent medical history in advance of the real-time consultation (if there is one) wold be appreciated.
Brief Answer:
Try intrapenile inj.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX
thanks for choosing HCM
The probable cause of ED in your case could be vascular . Serum Testosterone (free) and psychological factors should be assessed to see if they are contributing as well. If you have no Cardiac Ischemia , PDE-5 inhibitors are fine . But they should be tried on daily regular basis to the maximum dose . if it does not work, intra penile inj. of tri-mix solution can be very effective. It is to be taken after consultation with XXXXXXX who will explain the method and dose to be taken .It should be safe with the medicines you are taking . I can't prescribe on line .You need to go to a local XXXXXXX to get prescription
