Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction
Question: Hi, this query is for my husband. He seems to be having a problem in getting and maintaining an erection. Due to this we are having a problem in having a healthy sexual intercourse. He does get the night time erections normally, but doesn't seem to get an erection when we get intimate. He complains of desensitization, maybe that could be a factor. Is there any medicine that could help improve his sensory condition and improve blood flow to the organ so that he is able to get and maintain a healthy erection. We saw many products and pills online with the sildenafil citrate substance which claim to resolve this problem, but we were not sure how effective they are or if they can be trusted. if you could guide us to a good and reputed medicine that can help resolve this, i would be very grateful.

Thank you for your prompt response. I have heard of cialis, is that easily available in India? Also which doctor would be able to prescribe it, general medicine or any particular specialization. Is this a permanent problem doctor? I mean there would be many cases like these, isn't there a permanent solution for this problem? Any herbal remedies?
