Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are facing problem of Erectile Dysfunction .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Do you have diabetes ,hypertension or any other health issue ?
2) Since how long you are facing this problem of Erectile Dysfunction ?
3) Have you ever tried any drugs to resolve this problem?
4) Is there any psychological issue that has cropped in your life very recently?

The problem of erectile Dysfunction at this age is termed as Secondary Erectile Dysfunction and almost every man goes through this .

As regards your query about the drugs I would suggest you to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to find out the cause of E.D.
1) Blood sugar levels
2) Color Doppler Ultrasound Scanning of Penis to rule out any vascular cause like Arterial insufficiency or venous leak as as cause of your ED.

Normally if vasculogenic cause is ruled out we advise drugs that belong to Phosphodiesterase 5 (PDE 5) inhibitors like Sildenafil (Viagra) or Tadalafil (Cialis).

These drug by chemical reaction in erectile tissue helps to relax walls of the arteriole and there by increase blood flow to penis resulting into getting good hard erection effective for penetrative and enjoyable sex.

The Silenafil or Tadalafil have to be taken one hour before planned sexual activities. The drug has to be started in a small dose and increased gradually depending upon the response in achieving erection .

These drugs have side effects like mild headache .nasal congestion . drowsiness which last for few hours but one gradually gets accustomed to these side effects.

Being a scheduled drug you need to consult your family Physician to get prescription of the drugs .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
