Hi, I am 27 years old and have had ed my whole life. I have been seeing two urologists over the past year and a half. Unfortunately we havent made too much progress. I I am really starting to get frustrated over the amount of money I forked over in co-pay, Dopplers, and ed medicine. I have another appointment in a month and really want to make this my last, so Im trying to prepare myself. This is why I am posting. Here is my problem.
So for my whole life I had soft erections. It gets a little bit bigger, but not rigid, so sex is very difficult. There is definitely a distinct difference tho from flaccid to erect. The biggest problem is the erection has absolutely no stability. It just hangs there. I can move it freely wherever I want. My urologists have prescribed my low-high range doses of the three main ed meds. They help slightly, in that more blood flows in, and penis gets bigger but it still hangs freely with no rigidity.
Medically I had two doppler's done. The first one was a complete failure. I was really nervous and unable to achieve a normal erection (normal in my standards). The second time I abstained from any sexual stimulation for about 2 weeks. This worked well, in that readings could be taken. The Doctor said it looks like i have venous leak. He said surgery has a high failure rate, so to at least give cock rings a try. Cock rings work great for me in that my penis, from the head to just above the base is (what I think) completely full of blood. The rings actually work better than the ed meds. However, the base is still completely unstable! It's so frustrating, bc even tho my shaft and head are engorged I still have lots of trouble having sex.... Ok so here's what I think is wrong
My penis is definitely at least 7 inches when erect, which is above average. I was reading somewhere that some people who need penile enlargement surgery get the penile suspensory ligament cut, which adds some length. I share the same symptoms; unstable base, and increase in length. Maybe as a child something happened that I do not recall. I want to talk to my doctor about this. I was wondering what you guys think, and if there anything I can do before my visit to further test my self diagnosis.
