Question: Hi Doctor,

I feel my erection is not hard enough to penetrate. I am very much worried since I tried penetrating once but was not able to do so. Is it due to lack ok experience? Or I have a problem? Is there a way to exactly determine what the problem is..

Thanks

Brief Answer:
I think you have no problem at the moment

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
It is not possible to conclude from first unsuccessful penetration experience whether you really have Erectile problem. The reasons could be nervousness, poor knowledge of female anatomy or lack of privacy. Even in people who are sexually active , we don't label a single failure as a dysfunction. It is a continuous failure to get or maintain good enough erection for sex. If you have a good erection in morning and good hard erection while masturbating, the chances are you are fine . I can't label a person to have ED with clinical tests unless he complains of the ED associated with distress to self or partner on more than 75% occasions. So I suggest you relax and make another try with cool mind
