Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Question: I am having erectile dysfunction since last 2 months. Earlier I was getting erection and fine ejaculation. I have talked to Doctor and he has prescribed Megalis 20 and Tentex Forte. I am getting erection after taking medicine. I want to have permanent cure such as to have erection without medicine. 15 days ago I was having proper ejaculation, now i am having delayed ejaculation. Please prescribe medicine for proper ejaculation. I am having one testicle since I was 12 year old, as one undescended testicle was removed. But I was having fine erection and ejaculation since past 3 to 4 months.

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you are facing problem of secondary Erectile Dysfunction since last 2 months .

I shall be happy if you can post me few more details to help me in making comments on your problem.
1) Is there any stress factor that has cropped up in your life very recently?
2) Is there any conflict in relationship with your wife during recent time ?

It is normal and natural for every individual to face Secondary Ejaculation at some time in life and in majority of cases it is psychogenic in origin and gets resolved without any treatment spontaneously .

Following measure will help you to boost up your confidence and getting good hard erection to have enjoyable sex .
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc

Thank you for the reply.

There is no stress factor as such and there is no conflict about relationship. I wil do exercise regularly. Will doing exercise and taking fruits and vegetables restore erection without Medicine. Since past 5 months I have noticed that my penis hardness was reduced. Will erection be restored after taking Megalis for few months such that erection will happen without Medicine. Can I take any medicine for proper ejaculation. Do I need to take any other medicine besides Megalis and Tentex Forte for cure.

Hi,

Thank you for your reply. What do you mean by spontaneously it will be resolved. I hope Erectile dysfunction will be cured soon. Can you please let me know about Secondary Erectile Dysfunction. I am not having ejaculation during sex since 15 days. After prolonged masterbation I am having ejaculation. How ejaculation will be rectified, is any medicine required.

I am not having stress, but should I take any medicine to relax such as to have better sex condition.

Secondary Erectile Dysfunction is defined as Erectile Dysfunction that a individual faces recently who otherwise has a normal erection during past.

Loss of ejaculation during sex which otherwise gets on prolonged masturbation is due to inadequate penile stimulation .This can be corrected by spending more time in foreplay and manual penile stimulation by your partner and modifying sex technique like start and stop technique .
