Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction
Question: I am from XXXXXXX i am 24 year suffering from ed from last one year. I have go through penile doppler thrice.i have low erections.I have penile doppler test in july 2016and the psv value after 20 min is 38cm/s and the edv is zero and inner caversonal dia is .15mm and after injection is .70mm and it is normal.then after showing reports to doct they advised me tadalafill 10mg and to do masTurbate after taking the tadalafill.while masturbatinh on 3rd day i got pain in my penis and it is on the middle of the shaft of penis at thumb point.i have visited the doctor have and they gave me polycovit,mynubin-p and zanocin 300,trental 400mg..and i also masturabte 4 times in week and pain continues.then again i have go through this test in nov the value of psv is 25 cm/s and edv is zero but inner caversonal dia change pre injection .4mm and after injection 1mm .and only 60% dia inc after injection and third time i go for it again.penile doppler the value are normal 25cm/s and edv is zero and the inner dia is .6mm and after injection 1.2mm.means only 50% inc Caversonal dia .i have read that inc in caversonal dia after injection is 75% which is normal but my caversonal dia decrease in all three test.i have pain in penis at the thumb point in middle of the shaft while masturbation .and the pain occured after masturbation.the pain is continue from last seven months .now i masturbate only once in week.is masturbation effect corpora caversona or corpus spongiosum. Why the flow is less .is there any sign of arterial insufficiency? I have no diabetes, no cholesterol, non smoker. I want to know that why the flow is too less?i need your help

Thanks for query .Based on the reports of Doppler Penile scan that you have stated your problem of ED is mostly Arteriogenic in nature and is due to borderline Arterial Insufficiency.
The reason for arterial insufficiency can not be assessed on the basis of Doppler Scan which indicates only the arterial insufficiency as the cause for ED and does not reveal the cause of insufficiency.
The cause for inadequate blood flow can be confirmed only by a intervention radiological test called Selective Penile Artery Angiography which can confirm the cause for inadequate blood flow to Erectile tissue (Corpora Cavernosa).In most of the cases it is congenital narrowing of Penile Arteries and Cavernosal arteries that is the basic cause for inadequate blood flow to erectile tissue This is a definitive test which can confirm the cause for arterial insufficiency but being done rarely as it is invasive test moreover surgery to increase diameters of Penile Arteries has been attempted in western countries but results are not satisfactory and rewarding .
The cause of pain in penis at thumb point could be mostly due to trivial injury to Tunica Albugenia a sheath that envelops erectile tissue due to rough handling and shaking penis vigorously while masturbating .
Continue taking medications advised by your Dr.You can discuss with him about doing Angiography keeping in mind that this test will just help to diagnose the cause of inadequate blood flow and will not help to resolve the issue of ED.
In a given situation I would suggest you to take Intra Cavernosal Injections of Caverjet thrice a week (On alternate day)will help you to get good hard erection and to have enjoyable sex .

Thank you sir...it seems very unsual ed at my age due to less flow in arteries bcoz i have no cholestrol,no diabetes,no high bp..is narrow arteries cause due to plaque?
2) is overmasturbation cause the narrowing of arteries?
3)it is possible to inc the flow from arteries permanently with any medication?
My size of penis is also increased in flaccid state and big superficial dorsal vein on the shaft of penis..
