Brief Answer:
Upper Gut Endoscopy and STOP SMOKING

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

You should be actually having Non ulcer dyspepsia. This seems become chronic now.
Smoking is the main culprit along with Gall bladder removal. Processed food and food eaten outside home will cause this.
You should choose easily digestible food made at home. Eat only 10 chunks at a time and reserve time after one hour for another 10 chunks. You should eat this way all through out.
I think it is time for you to get an Upper GI endoscopy test done by a Gastroenterologist now.
This will give the status update of the stomach and duodenal mucus lining.
There are certain drugs called Prokinetics which push the food further into lower gut you will be prescribed by the Gastroenterologist after the endoscopy report.

Is it clear? Let me know if you have further queries.

Regards.
