What Causes Fluttering Feeling In The Stomach And Lighter Periods Than Normal?
I have a strange feeling in the top of my stomach on and off for the past two months. Its like a fluttering feeling, it doesnt hurt but is uncomfortable and tender if I press on it. I had my gallbladder removed several years ago, so its not that! Not acid reflux, indigestion or gas. I've had two late period but eventually they came on after 5-6 days. I took pregnancy tests both times and they all were negative. My periods have been lighter then normal but more painful on my first day and this time I had jelly like clots. Do you have any ideas what this annoying feeling is?
Pain in the upper abdomen is not likely related to gynecological issues. Peptic ulcer disease, pancreatic issues can cause such symptoms. It is difficult to give a definite diagnosis without knowing your detailed history and clinical examination. So please follow up with your primary provider.
