Question: HI thanks, I have a 15 yr old with excessive burping and smelling like rotten eggs. Said this has been going on for last 10 hours. Earlier meal was beef liver. What should I do??

I think your child has a mild indigestion and gastritis.
For this I usually prescribe sucralfate suspension around 15 ml thrice daily before meals.
Avoid heavy fatty foods for a few days.
Ensure he drinks plenty of liquids.
