Brief Answer:
Suspecting acid reflux to be the cause for your symptoms; few suggestions

Detailed Answer:
Hello once again.

This could have to do with acid reflux and so I would recommend the following until you can schedule a check up with your local doctor:

+Avoid stress
+Drink plenty of water
+Avoid carbonated drinks
+Avoid oily, spicy, fried and fatty food
+Have 5-6 smaller meals instead of 2-3 larger meals
+Avoid over eating
+Avoid leaving long gaps between meals
+Lose weight if you are over weight or obese
+Avoid strenuous exercise
+Use antacids like ranitidine, omeprazole, pantoprazole, lansoprazole, etc; every time you experience such symptoms
+Change your lifestyle and diet to help keep your gastrointestinal tract calm
+Avoid and/or stop smoking
+Avoid and/or stop alcohol completely

Please feel free to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
