Brief Answer:
The eye infection needs to be treated by antibiotic eye drops.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I am Dr Dadapeer k an ophthalmologist and I answer health problems related to eye.
I reviewed your history.
These symptoms of red eyes with eye lids being stuck together on waking up in the morning indicate eye infection in the form of conjunctivitis. Eye infections and respiratory tract infection usually occur together as the infection can spread from one to another.

The eye infection requires treatment by the use of antibiotic eye drops. I prefer to use broad spectrum antibiotic eye drops like Moxifloxacin eye drops, one drop 4 times a day.

Along with the treatment for eye infection, the respiratory tract infection requires treatment by the use of oral antibiotic drugs and decongestant drugs.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
