Brief Answer:
Regular morning walk and exercise is essential

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the details provided. I would specifically wish to know your TSH levels. Thyroid hormones regulate metabolism and hence the lack of thyroid hormones is associated with inadequate mobilization of energy stores, thereby leading to lazines, weakness and fatigue. You need to get the engine of your body running. Regular exercise and morning walk is very essential for the same.

Your cholesterol and triglyceride levels are high. Therefore dietary restriction is essential. Continue to take vertin and that should take care of your dizziness and vertigo.

Brief Answer:
Suggestions given.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. The TSH level is still high and the dose of thyroxine needs to be increased. Discuss about it with your treating physician and remain under his follow up.

In order to evaluate the condition of your heart an echocardiography needs to be done. If you get the test done share the report and I would guide you accordingly.

If you do not have dizziness, no need to continue. If you feel the dizziness, do continue.

Brief Answer:
Regular morning walk and exercise is essential

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for providing the information. Thyroxin will show effect immediately but that does not mean that the engine will pick pace. You yourself have to force the engine to function better and that can only be done through regular exercise as suggested earlier.

The problem with cholesterol is that it can get deposited on the walls of blood vessels thus narrowing them down. Hence you need to restrict the dietary intake.

Since stress echo is fine, you need not worry.
