Can She Take Medicine To Lower Triglyceride Level While Nursing?

My wife, Aesha has an high triglyceride level, it is 430 and she is nursing right now. She also has some pain in her chest. She has started to take Flax Seed oil pill twice a day. Does it safe to her? Can she take any medicine to lower her triglyceride level, as she is nursing? Please advice me.
