Question: LATELY , HAVE BEEN VERY TIRED AND HAD TO QUIT MY JOB AFTER 10 YEARS AT WALMART.IT WAS OVERNIGHT STOCKING SHELVES AND WAS VERY HARD ON MY BODY. I THOUGHT I WASVING A HEART ATTACK.NOW I CAN NOT DO NONE OF THE THINGS LIKE WALKING AND CUTTING GRASS AND PLANTING FLOWERS. PLEASE HELP ME BECAUSE I WANT TO BE LIKE I WAS A MONTH AGO.

Iron pills should be taken if there is a documented deficiency. Anemia could be a cause for the tiredness. Tiredness alone should not be an indication for using iron pills.

I don't have kidney disease or diabetes but my heart seems like it is the problem and I have no energy all of a sudden., I can not even cut grass or other normal things

Cardiac causes like Congestive cardiac failure and ischemic heart disease can be possibilities. Lung disease like COPD, asthma could also be the cause. As mentioned earlier anemia could also be the cause. Unless the cause is identified treatment cant be initiated as these have different treatments and management lines all together. Please state your Ejection fraction if you have had a recent Echocardiogram, done. Also answer these questions, asked previously.
