Question: I have been fatigued lately sweating heart racing.Having to take a nap every day. I do have. diabetes 2. and thyroid.

Noted your concern.

Your symptoms may be due to -
- Low blood sugar levels. (Hypoglycemia).
- Diabetic autonomic neuropathy or Cardiac arrhythmia (abnormal conduction of heart).
- Increased Thyroid activity.
- Anxiety.

In such situations I may suggest -
- Detailed history taking & physical examination during episode.
- Blood sugar level during episode
- ECG during episode.
- Ultra TSH.
- Complete blood count.
- Renal function test.
- Liver function test.
- HbA1c.
- Urine examination.

Depending upon this there may be need for cardiologist opinion and Holter's monitoring or Electrophysiological study of heart.

Consult your treating doctor for better opinion who knows your ailments better.
