Suggest Treatment For Fever And Body Aches

Question: I am suffering from Fever and body ache for last 1month. I used to get fever around 99-101'c in early evening and get down at morning on daily basis. I have go through all screening tests TB, Dengue, Malaria, typhoid etc. and all blood tests get done. But didn't receive any positive response. kindly suggest me best solution for the same so that I can get cured.

Have you lost weight?
You should get blood and urine cultures, CBC, ESR, CRP, ANA, RA factor, Renal function tests and Liver function test.
A Peripheral blood smear and An ultrasound whole abdomen is also advisable at this stage.
It is quite prolonged duration of disease...
You should be proactive so that disease could be identified and appropriately treated.

I have get all tests done but nothing found and didn't loose weight even. I have shown to 2-3 doctors but no response.
