Suggest Treatment For Fever And Chills While Recovering From Influenza

Question: I am taking Oseltamivir Phosphate 75 mg OP&%mg) because the ER doctor thought I had the flu or influenza. I am now down to three of my initial ten pills. I have had no serious side effects. No pain and my initial symptoms of fever and chills. Disappeared immediately.
I will be 80 on Tuesday and remain very active..until recently.
However, the initial symptoms have been replaced by very black stols for the last three days and today extreme fatigue with a blood pressure reading of 96/84. My usual is 110 over 70. I have a weak pulse.
Is the OP75m,g causing my fatigue? Thanks

Brief Answer:
Are you on any supplements? Are the stools offensive?
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I will like to know if you are on any vitamins and iron as these are most often related to black stools. If the stools are however very offensive, it could suggest that you are leaking blood into the bowels. Do you have any abdominal pains?
Fatigue is not uncommon when recovering from the flu. I will suggest you eat healthy, rest and exercise regularly to accelerate the recovery. Drinking much fluids will also help with the low blood pressure and fatigue.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
