Suggest Treatment For Fever And Cough While Having Throat Infection
Question: My 7yr old daughter is suffering from throat infection/fever with cough (only at night), can i start azithral syrup for her or do i need to give separate medicine for cough.
Kindly advice with correct line of treatment and number of days/dosage for her.

1. Tablet Sporlac twice a day.
2. Syrup Solvin cold half teaspoonful twice a day.
3. Tablet Paracetamol in low doses for fever.
4. Avoid cold drinks, cold water and ice cream.
