I understand your concerns but don't worry. Most likely reason for fever and cough in toddlers is self limiting viral infection. I would recommend you to avoid Dolo 650 for fever as the dose is very high for kids.
You may give him Syp. Crocin DS or Tylenol for fever spikes. The dose recommended is 15mg/kg/dose (maximum 500mg). You may repeat the dose every 6 hours if fever persists. Give him an antihistamine such as Syp. Cetirizine or chlorpheniramine for cough if bothersome. Ensure regular healthy diet and good water intake.
If the symptoms do not improve in next 2 days then visit a pediatrician for complete clinical evaluation and lab investigation. This is to rule out any associated bacterial infection.

Hi, yesterday as per your description I give both syrup to my son but in morning when he wake up facing with the stomach. please tell me this is an side effect or normal pain.
