Suggest Treatment For Fever And Pain During Urination

Question: hello team

Subject : Fever post Ceserian Delivery & require info from Gynae.

we are having 1 week old baby & currently my wife having fever around 100 F - would like to know if it is safe to take Crocin as she is doing breast feeding to baby ?

Also she is having pain while urinating - do we need to get any tests done for wife?

I understand your anxiety about the issue.
Yes paracetamol is safe and can be taken to lower fever and pain after delivery.
But since she is also having pain during urination, she should get a urinalysis as well to rule out infection of urinary system which can also lead to problems of fever.
So get urinalysis and avoid engorged breasts as much as possible.
She should also take light walks daily after every meal.
