Hi,

Crocin contains paracetamol as composition which in toxic to liver in over dosage. Since paracetamol is an over-the- counter (OTC) medicine, you can use it as and when required. But they do have certain limitations. Use it in only mild conditions. If there is fever for more than a day, please consult a physician before continuing the medicine. The usual prescribed dose for paracetamol in children is 10-15 mg/kg in four divided doses per day.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
