What Are Side Effects Of Azithral And Asthalin Expectorant For 2 Year Old?

My daughter vomitted (plain glassy type) morning twice and had cough and fever, who is two and half years old, doctor prescribed azithral XL, 5ml once a day and asthalin expectorant 5ml thrice a day and crocin. i would like to know any major side effects due to above medicine, this is the first time we are giving asthalin.( My relatives had cough and fever yesterday)

Hi,

I do not see any major side effect of these medicines in the prescribed doses. However, Azithral can cause diarrhea and Asthalin can cause fine tremors of hands as well as increased heart rate.
