Suggest Treatment For Fever, Cough And Throat Pain

Question: My 11yrs old son is having fever since yesterday, i had given crocin for that and he again got fever after 6hours, could you please let me know the medicine that can be given for cold/cough and throat pain due to change in weather.He had pain thru out his all body parts as well.
Kindly advice along with term to take it.

Right now he is not having throat pain and redness.

I am suggesting some homeopathic medicine you can start as follows
1 dulcamara 30 6 pills twice in a day
2 belladona 30 6 pills twice in a day
3 phytolacca Decendra Q 10 drops with half cup of water twice in a day
If he has cough also then give sanguneria can Q 15 drops with half cup of water twice in a day.

Give medicine for 10 days he will be alright

Thanks for reply, i have started giving dulcamara 30 6 pills twice in a day & belladona 30 6 pills twice in a day but he is having dry whooping cough for which please advice sangueria potency as sanguneria Q is quite costly[Arounf Rs350] or some other medicine that can cure his cough.

You have to take only half ounce Sanguneria Can Q that cost near about Rs 70-100 only. You may take XXXXXXX pharmaceutical brand like SBL, HLL, Sharda etc which may be even cheaper.
I would advice you take Sanguneria Can Q which is more effective rather than Sanguneria 30 or 200.

Hoe long shall i continue the same for cough?

I have cross checked it again on other shops its not less than Rs250-Rs300, could you please advise some other medicine for dry whooping cough.

Don't go for Reckeweg it may be costly. XXXXXXX Pharmacopoeia are cheaper.

Regarding abdominal pain you may give
Cina 30 6 pills twice in a day
Mag phos 6x 3 pills twice in a day
Colocynth 6 2 drops with a spoon water twice in a day

Regarding immunity you may start with
Munostium (wsi) drops
Calcarea phos 3x 3 pills twice in a day
Do not start above suggested medicine with current course of medicine .
Start the suggested medicine once you complete the earlier course.

Also you have to pay special precaution in changing weather that is the most crucial time when children get exposed by cough and cold or other complain.
