Question: I had a fevern which as now returned to normal bu an ongoing cough and lower back pain. Any ideas I cough a lot

dear XXXX, if you have a cough with phelgm then you should take a expectorant as Mucinex together with a cough suppressant as dextromethorphan . you should try to drink plenty of fluids to avoid phelgm from getting thick. if you have cough without phelgm then you should only take a cough suppressant as dextromethorphan . for the low back pain, you should take an analgesic as ibuprofen tablets 200 mg every 8 hours.
