Question: coworker came to work with flu or stomach flu on Sunday. Felt bloated since Monday became sick Tuesdays with gas bloating and diarrhea which has not stopped but also my menses started. No fever but headache can eat banana with out problem, loss of appetite, but drinking Gatorade and water. Still diarrhea this is now Saturday. Should I start immodium or go to Urgent care. r

Yes, do take an Imodium and also drink electrolyte water to rehydrate and replace the fluid loss.
