Brief Answer:
Please start probiotic intake.
Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Thank you for the query.
Food poisoning always causes some issues with good intestinal bacteria. Lack of this bacteria disrupts intestines and can give mentioned by you symptoms including loose stools, bloating and abdominal pain.
That is why, you should start probiotic intake and continue it for at least few weeks.
If it wont help in few days, stool test and stool culture test should be done as the food poisoning may become chronic infection.
Hope this helps.
Regards.
