yes they treated with heat and antibiotic, but I called it jungle rot, it when from my feet to my thigh to my penis had to have the foreskin from my penis cut off because it very painfull to urinal or any penis function

In my opinion Foot cellulitis is the swelling of the foot caused due to infective inflammatory edema in the foot tissue. I am not sure if you meant tropical ulcer when you described "Jungle Rot". If yes, cellulitis is a different entity from tropical ulcer.

I have had itching, athlete's feet
(jungle Rot), toe nail fungus, since 1971, and i have told the VA and they won't recognized thats it connected to my service.. the only medical history is that i was in the hospital (Fort Ord) for nine days being treated for Cellulitis (1971) on my right foot it says organism undetermined on the report, are symptoms related in any way
