
Suggest Treatment For Foot Pain After Wearing Tight Shoes

Question: 14 year old male. played soccer in shoes that were too small for two games and ever since his feet have hurt very badly. It has now been almost a week since the incident. what are your thoughts?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to tendonitis due to impact of tight shoe. Ice pack application and taking over the counter analgesics like ibuprofen ( motrin ) will be helpful. You can apply ice packs on and off for 15 to 20 minutes. This can be repeated 3 to 4 times daily.
