Brief Answer:
Anti inflammatory meds

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the follow up and clarifications.

*do you have pain while resting or sitting?
*is the pain worse on starting a movement or when you continue the movement?
*does it hurt to touch or pressure or only while moving?
*are you able to point to the exact area of the pain? If so please take a photo and upload it.(with your finger or Palm over the affected area)

Based on your clarifications, I would like to check for muscle strain.
I recommend :
- apply hot water bag over the area twice a day. You can use it more frequently if you find relief.
After this apply topical anti inflammatory gels (diclofenac, methyl salicylate).
-take a tylenol twice a day for 2 days
-drink plenty of water.

If things don't improve in 2 days, please get back to me or see your doctor for a physical exam.
Hope this helps. Please get back to me. I'd be happy to help with any further queries you may have.
Wish you good health
Regards,
Dr. Shuba Hariprasad
