I have gone through your query and seen the attached reports.
The lesions seen on lip is Fordyce spots. It is just enlarged sebaceous gland and nothing to be worried about. It does not pose any health issue.
Fordyce spots are usually left untreated, unless for cosmetic reasons in which case treatment can be with laser therapy, cryothetapy etc.

Thabks for your initial response. Are there any ways to reduce their appearance without surgery (i.e. Dietary, etc). They sometimes seem to be more pronounced after eating -- just teying to understand why they have appeared over the last year.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again,
Fordyce spots are completely normal and physiological findings.
There is no proven data available that dietary changes help. But here are few dietary changes that seem to help which can be tried:
-include more vitamin C rich food like orange, broccoli in your diet
-Increased spinach consumption (Spinach is rich in folate)
-Apply apple cider vinegar diluted in water to lips every day
-Keep your lips moisturized by applying coconut oil/olive oil
-Do not pick on spots or lick your lips, as it can dehydrate your lips
If these remedied fail, topical tretinoin can also be used
Hope this answers your question
