
Suggest Treatment For Foul Odor And Pain Near The Anus

Question: About a month ago I had to use a port a potty without toilet paper and my anus was really sore for a week. Since then, my anus has continued to be raw and is now starting to stink all the time. Could it be infected?

Not constipated, only hurts to wipe if it takes too much wiping to clean, and is a dark red around anus.
