Suggest Treatment For Frequent Bowel Movement And Diarrhea

Question: Hi Doctor my baby is having loose stool everyday 6 to 7 times for the past 10 days in small quantities and my doctor recommended for zenflox medicine with gustpert powder and told us to stop cowmilk afterwards she improved a lot .But after giving cow milk yesterday she again to having loose stool.We have a taken a complete motion anylasis and there is no problem in that result.So Please suggest us a way.

Transient lactose intolerance is very common during loose stool and it may persist for few days even after recovery.
Although in most of the cases stool examination shows unabsorbed lactose but in few cases there may be intolerance even when stool report is normal.
I would like to hold cow milk for few more days e
(15 days).You can give lactose free soy based formula (like isomil).
Continue giving probiotic bacillus spores.
I don't think antibiotic zenflox is needed any more.
Also give zinc syrup for 15 days as it helps in early recovery.
