Hello,
Since you have neck and
back pain associated with tightness, you may be suffering from neck and
cervical spine disorders. Cervicogenic
headaches (C2-C3 vertebrae may be affected) may arise from the problems in the neck. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a GP, get X-ray, CT / MRI and few blood workouts done to detect prolapse disc, OA, etc.
Your treating doctor may suggest investigations for your
lumbar spine as well. You will be treated with conservative treatment (NSAIDS, muscle relaxants, anti depressants, etc),
physical therapy, nerve blocks, neuro-modulation, etc depending on the pathology detected. In the meantime, stay away from stress and anxiety, take adequate water and sleep well.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
