Suggest Treatment For Frequent Cough And Cold Infection

Question: I am an active 30 year old man, but frequently develop cold and cough with blocked nose and cough with phlegm. I am suffering from this with cold like symptoms since last 3 days. Pl suggest a solution. I am staying in New XXXXXXX XXXXXXX

Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

Cold is a viral infection and doesn't need any antibiotic for the treatment.
What to do....
Take steam inhalation 2-3 times a day.
Drink hot liquids like soup.
Avoid cold drinks.
Take anti allergic like ALLEGRA 180 mg once a day for 3-5 days.
You can put nasal drop like NASIVION or OTRIVIN twice a day for 3-4 days to relieve the nasal blockage.
Viral infections take 5-7 days to become all right.
You would be all right soon.
