Do you have any other symptoms like abdominal pain, fever, etc?
Since you have these symptoms for 2 weeks, I would suggest that you get tested for conditions like typhoid by test like widal or typhidot. Also get a complete blood count. It may be intolerance to certain foods or indigestion as well.
Take yogurt and adequate fluids. Take cleanest drinking water and fruits and vegetables. Avoid juice and milk.
