Question: I have been having a problem where I drip after peeing. Also ontop of that I have to pee all of the time , yesterday from 8am to 11 am I had to go 5 times , sometimes back to back. I get the urge to go and have a feeling like I'm going to wet my self , when I get to the bath room sometimes I have to strain to pee and now it is starting to ache when I pee and the tip of my penis is starting to sting. I went out and bought absorbent underwear for the drip I was constantly having damp underwear and for the about to wet my self feeling. I did not want to get out in public and have a accident.

3. No pain in abdomen, but i have had discomfort in my testicles XXXXXXX side felt achy eariler today.

No to #4 , my grandfather did have bladder cancer if that means anything. So there are baldder issues in my family.

Brief Answer:
genito urinary tract infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,

So your problem seems like a urinary tract infection. Pain or discomfort in testicular area indicates spread of infection to genital tract too.
After confirming the diagnosis with a detailed physical examination and investigation like urine routine examination, this can well be treated with antibiotics and antispasmodics for a few days. Your doctor (Primary physician or urologist) will guide you through this. Meanwhile take plenty of oral fluids

You need not worry about bladder cancer. Bladder cancer usually will not present at this age. Also, it presents with painless hematuria usually. Features like pain, burning, frequency, urgency etc are not common in this condition.

Hope I have answered your query. Wishing you a faster and complete cure.

Thank you.
Dr Muhammed Aslam.
