Brief Answer:
This is suggestive of an enlarged prostate!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Your symptoms are highly suggestive of a prostatic hypertrophy (benign). This happens when the prostate enlarges and interferes with effortless and normal urine flow.

I'd suggest that you visit a urologist for a proper examination. This will also make sure that there is nothing beyond hypertrophy such as an infection, abnormal growth of the prostate etc. that might be responsible for this treatment.

Good news is that we have medications to tackle this condition once confirmed; my preferred is Doxazosin.

I hope this helps and guides you. I wish you well.

Feel free to follow up and request for more information and clarifications if need be.

Regards
