Thanks for contacting Ayurveda with your health concern and after reviewing your case history, step wise approach is as follow:

1. As per your age [27 years] please undergo following lab tests to determine any secondary cause of hair fall:
i. TFT [thyroid function test] particularly hypothyroidism
ii. Hemoglobin level: low blood [anemia] can also cause dry/brittle hairs

2. Dandruff and hair fall go hand in hand [Dandruff leads to irritation and inflammation in the scalp with resulting hair fall]
3. Low humidity and any immunocompromised state can also lead to the above said problem? [any in you]
4. Too much calcium in relation to the amount of magnesium in the body can also negatively affect the hair. [please check with values of calcium and magnesium]
5. Soap nut (reetha) and shikakai along with Bhringraj and Neelini oil acts as natural conditioner and XXXXXXX you can use it safely.
6. Vitamin B1 and B2, Omega-6 and Zinc, magnesium, biotin are very effective in treating dandruff so make sure they are a part of regular vitamin intake, apple cider vinegar, Olive Oil or Coconut Oil, raw aloe vera juice applied directly to scalp.

PS. You need to Consult a Trichologist for your hair loss to rule out any other pathology, who will make sure that you are not affected with any fungal infection of the scalp [eczema/psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis ], [it is not dandruff, but the reasons for dandruff that cause hair loss

1. As you have told that the said shampoo has high SLS content thus in best interest to avoid confusion you should order the same from my side since they will be herbal with Evidence based results in conditions of dandruff and hair fall.

2. I usually go with
- anti dandruff shampoo [200 ml]and
- acti-nourish complex shampoo [200 ml]
- mahabhringraj neelini oil [natural conditioner, as told earlier]:

1. Prior to ordering just check is there any 'khadi' store/emporium near your locality since in that way you can get what you want (and can verify yourself)

2. If still chances are less do let me know I'll courier them from here.
