Brief Answer:
Physiotherapy is solution for both the problem.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.

Physiotherapy is solution for both the problem. These conditions are easily managed by regular physiotherapy ( Range of motion exercices, stretching and strengthening exercises). Over-the-counter pain relievers, such as aspirin and ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin), can help reduce pain and inflammation associated with this condition.

Give rest to your elbow for some time. Avoid screwing movement as it will give more strain at elbow.

You may consult physiotherapist for further guidance. He may start TENS, or ultrasound which is helpful in your case.

I do hope that you have found something helpful and I will be glad to answer any further query.

Take care
