Brief Answer:
Decongestant, Valsalva exercise

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
Could be due to eustachian tube dysfunction. Ears are connected to back of the nose through a tiny tube called eustachian tube. So any infection in the throat, sinuses can extend to the ear through this tube. This will lead to fullness in the ear.
I recommend the following.
1) Oral decongestant like tablet levocetrizine with phenylephrine.
2) Valsalva's exercise: Blow air into mouth while keeping the mouth closed and nose closed by pinching. You can hear pop up sound in ears, then release. This will open the eustacian tube and helps in ventilating and draining the ear. Repeat this 5 times a day for 7 days.
3) Avoid smoking.
You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
