Question: My name is XXXX and I was told today by my primary doctor that I pronably have a few gangalions on my wrist however I also have some by the inside of my elbow. They are terribly painful. I haven't taken any test to prove this is so but is there anything to help me relieve the pain without taking medication? I am probably spelling this wrong

Brief Answer:
Ganglion can be removed surgically as a permanent cure

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX
Ganglion is an enlargement in muscle tendon which can be corrected by surgery as a permanent cure

Other than medicines you can apply hot water packs
Keeping the hand in neutral position will definitely help you
Don't exercise much with that hand
Tylenol is comparatively a safe drug you can take it if pain is unbearable.
