Suggest Treatment For Gastric Cancer

Here I have a health problem and want to consult with you:
Last month, my mother was checked to have advanced gastric cancer in China, and she couldn't take a surgery, and any chemotherapy or radiotherapy because her body was very weak. Now she almost can't eat anything besides liquid because she will vomit the food. Recently she started to split blood and could only be permitted to lie in bed. Based on my mother's body status, doctors and my families in China decided to give conservative treatment to my mother, and try to prolong her life, but without better treatment methods.
So, here I hope you can give me some recommendations about the anti-cancer drugs with better performance in treating gastric, which can effectively kill cancer cells and enhance the body's immunity, and the drugs are better to be oral liquid because my mother can only drink now.
I'm trying every method to prolong my mother's life and reduce her body's pain, and hope her to be better and better. But I don't know much about medicine, so in this process I really hope you can help me and give me some advice.

The best mode of treatment for gastric cancer, if only a local Disease is to get surgery done and creat a passage for food. If she gets good nutrition her life will definitely prolong but your doctor has to assess it if she is fit for Surgery. Secondly if surgery is not feasible possibly chemotherapy called neoadjuant chemotherapy is given to shrink the size of the tumor and make it operable. This can be assessed by your doctor as to what will be suitable for her. There are so many claims for increasing the immunity and prolonging the life but these are baseless unless the patient gets good nutritional support to sustain.
I think you strictly follow the advice of your doctor or seek a consultation with a surgical Oncologist who after seeing your mother can give you the appropriate advice.
