
Suggest Treatment For Gastroenteritis

Question: I have had a rumbling in my stomach and been nauseous for about three days now. I have not eaten much at all. I am feeling better, but my stools are a putty grey color. Is this normal?

All vegetables are easily digestible.
Take a lot of fruits especially those rich in fibre contents like Pear or Oranges.
Take rice with yoghurt or curd.
Avoid cold milk and nonvegetarian food.
